Q: How long will it take to get my order?

 

A: Our production lead times can change from time to time. Please call in for our current lead times.

 

Q: Do you make custom hardware?

 

A: Yes, we have created some of the most incredible custom hardware you will ever see! 

 

Q: Do you make fireplace mantels, cabinets, or other carpentry projects, etc..

A: No, we are a barn door manufacturer, not a licensed contractor.

A: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Arizona Time, Monday through Friday. 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Please be advised that all hardware and doors are handcrafted and manufactured to order. Lead times in your contract are only estimates and may vary. Online or phone orders should not arrange for an install until you have received all correct items. Classic Barn Door Company will not be responsible for any contractor expenses and/or other fees incurred outside of your transaction with Classic Barn Door Company.  If a door and hardware are ordered at the same time, the door and hardware will ship together on the same date. In this circumstance customers should base their estimated lead time off of the door’s production time.

 

Door manufacturing is estimated at:

 

Standard Doors: 8-12+ weeks

 

Custom Doors: 12-16+ weeks

Returned Checks

 

Any check returned due to non-sufficient funds will be subject to a minimum charge of $50

 

Local Orders

 

Deposit is required at time of order (None Refundable)

Must be paid in full at time of order.

Canceled Orders

Our products often begin to be manufactured the day following order placement. Your deposit will be forfeited,

if not canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. All cancelations must be submitted in writing.

Changes to Orders

 

Changes made to an order will incur a 30% charge of the order’s original price. Our products often begin to be manufactured the day following order placement and can result in wasted product and labor when changes are submitted. All Change Order cost become do at the time of request. The cost will be added to the final invoice.

 

Shipping Methods

 

All shipping will be via ground shipping. Ground shipping will deliver your product to your door or to the “curb” for large doors. It is the consumer’s responsibility to arrange for installation and delivery beyond the curb. All orders received from Classic Barn Door Company, especially large orders such as doors which ship freight, must be inspected upon delivery for freight damage. Do not transport your door or order inside your home if it has been damaged in transit. Please do not transport your order inside your home before inspecting it for specification accuracy. If the door or order was manufactured inaccurately in any way (e.g. wrong finish, wrong size, wrong style) do not transport it into your home. We will not be responsible to replace or refund any incorrect order which has been transported away from the original drop off location of the original shipping company. Please do not schedule the installation for your door until it has arrived. If your door is shipped via freight, the freight company will contact you for a delivery time.

 

Expedited shipping options are available for an extra fee. Expedited shipping may be limited due to the weight of certain products. If you need expedited shipping, please call Classic Barn Door Company at 1.800.766.0059 for help placing your order.

 

Door Finishes and Wood Texture

 

Just as our name indicates, Classic Barn Door Company specializes in classic designs and styles in our hardware and doors. Most of our doors are are not finished to a smooth paint grade. It is normal to have large knots in the wood that give it character and a rustic look.

Finished & Assembled Doors

 

All doors that are finished and assembled by Classic Barn Door Company, come with a 30-day warranty against warping. Warping is defined as doors that are out of alignment of more than 1/4″

Warranty

 

All products come with a 90-day warranty that covers the functionality of our hardware. This warranty does not cover finishes, cosmetic discoloration, damage or normal wear.

RETURN POLICY

​

*ONLY APPLIES TO ONLINE ORDERS

 

Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you need to return or exchange your order (we do not accept returns on doors). If your hardware has been altered in any way, it cannot be returned. Custom hardware cannot be returned. The Return Exchange Form must be filled out and enclosed with your return shipment in order to receive a refund or credit (please call in and have a representative help you with this). All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

To return any product purchased from Classic Barn Door Company, you’ll be required to follow the procedures that apply to your circumstances, outlined below:

 

Return Procedure

 

1. Contact Classic Barn Door Company to obtain a Return Exchange Form.

 

2. Print and fill out the Return Exchange Form

 

3. Ship Package with the Return Exchange Form to:

Damages in shipping and manufacturers defects:

 

If you notice damages or defects to your order once it has been opened and you choose to return the order, you are responsible to re-package the order using the item’s original packaging materials and assure that the product is suitable for shipping. You are required to contact Classic Barn Door Company within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange the shipping of your damaged merchandise back to Classic Barn Door Company and will re-issue a replacement order.

 

Unfinished Doors

 

Unfinished doors do not have a warranty against warping because of changes in climate that can allow the door to absorb moisture during transit (causing the door to warp). Incorrect finishing of a door can also cause warping which is why we highly encourage our customers to allow us to finish and ship their door assembled.

 

Finished & Assembled

 

All doors that are finished and shipped assembled by Classic Barn Door Company, come with a 30-day warranty against warping. Warping is defined as doors that are out of alignment of more than 1/4″

 

Broken or Cracked Door Slats

 

In order for us to help with any broken or cracked door slats we will need images of the damages within the first 30 days of receiving the door. Please provide this information to our customer service department immediately upon receiving your door.

Classic Barn Door Company takes the privacy of its customer's data very seriously. Public Information; Forum, Guestbook, Directories

 

By their very nature the Forum, Guestbook, Listing Directories, etc. are open to the public, any information given will be viewable to the general public. Classic Barn Door Company does make every effort to keep details such as email addresses private, but if you do select to have your email address shown it may be viewable by the general public.

 

Children’s Privacy

 

Classic Barn Door Company is committed to keeping the details of children private by following the guidelines set out in the US, C.O.P.P.A Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

 

Classic Barn Door Company does not collect private information from children under the age of 13 without written permission from the child’s parents or guardians.

These terms and conditions together with any documents expressly referred to in them, contain the entire Agreement between us relating to the subject matter covered and supersede any previous Agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, written or oral: between us in relation to such matters. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of these terms and conditions. In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you have not relied on any representation other than those expressly stated in these terms and conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not been made expressly in this Agreement.
